Designer’s Choice Arrangements are expertly crafted by the floral designers at The Ivy Room, utilizing our extensive knowledge to select occasion-appropriate colors and flowers.
Custom arrangements require at least 48-hour notice and are available on a request-only basis. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific flower varieties due to seasonal availability and the perishable nature of our goods. With that being said, we will do our best to get you what you are looking for.
For same-day delivery, please place your online order before 10:00am. If we are unable to fulfill your request on the specified day, we may contact you to offer alternative product options or a different delivery date.
We offer delivery services seven days a week, except on statutory holidays. Extended services are available on floral holidays, such as Valentine’s/Mother’s Day. Our deliveries run between 10:30am and 6:30pm. Please note that in rare instances, your delivery may extend beyond our scheduled window if our drivers encounter any issues during their route. You may request a delivery outside of our regular delivery window and we will do what we can to accommodate the request.
Payment is required before items leave our stores. For events or orders exceeding $1000, a 20% deposit is required, with the balance due 15-30 days before the fulfillment date, depending on the timing of your event relative to the order date.
We strive to provide the freshest products and use only the highest quality flowers in your orders. When properly cared for, following the instructions on the care card provided, your flowers should last 3-5 days. However, some flowers may lose their freshness more quickly than others. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, a shorter lifespan is always a possibility. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this understanding.

Please note that additional charges will apply for any changes made to your order within 24 hours of the fulfillment date.
CARE
All orders are sent out with our care instructions. Please follow instructions for the best outcome for your fresh cut flowers.
REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds on any flower orders. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer store credit.
We do not issue refunds on any plant purchases as they are all final sale. We guarantee the health of all our regular priced plants when they leave our store and offer our horticulturist’s recommended care instructions to the purchaser prior to sale.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
We bring products in specifically for the workshop, in addition to our regular supply. Any no-shows or late cancellations cause product waste. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy
NO SHOW - your ticket will not be refunded under any circumstances
7 days or more - you may receive a refund if the workshop is further than 7 days from the date of cancellation.
Up to 48 hours - If you are unable to attend the workshop you purchased tickets for, you may transfer your workshop ticket to another date with notice up to 48 hours prior to the workshop date
